Greetings!

I have had the good fortune of being a Massage Therapist since 1995, and the longer I work in this field the more I love it.

I have passion for both the art and the science of bodywork. I enjoy using my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, along with getting to know you and using my intuition, to get to the root cause of your pain or dysfunction.

I’ve helped clients suffering from Neck and Back pain, mental/emotional stress, Plantar Fasciitis, Frozen Shoulder syndrome, Tennis/Golf Elbow, whiplash, headaches/migraines, Sciatic pain, Carpel Tunnel syndrome and other repetitive-use injuries,TMJ dysfunction, the challenges of pregnancy, and more.

I try to never make assumptions about what my clients need. Instead, I listen carefully and then use my 27 years of experience to tailor each session to your specific needs - ultimately helping you to feel better and move more optimally.

• Movement and postural analysis, with increased body awareness

My office is conveniently located in Old Town Fort Collins, with private off-street parking. I can also bring my massage chair to your event or place of business, to offer shorter, on-site massage for your friends, co-workers or employees. You’d be amazed at how relaxed and focused you can be after a bit of bodywork during a stressful work day!
